There are more than 25,000 people employed by Mass General, and each would answer that question differently. Still, we are united by our commitment to Mass General’s mission of providing the best possible care to our patients and their families, while improving the health and well-being of the diverse populations we serve.

My Giving Helps: The MGH Fund + United Way employee campaign celebrates a culture of philanthropy at our hospital and reaffirms our commitment to improving the health and well-being of the Mass General community and surrounding areas.

Gifts to the MGH Fund support all clinical areas of the hospital and make possible the exceptional care and revolutionary advances in biomedical science for which we are known. Gifts to United Way support more than 100 organizations in and around Boston that provide crucial services for children, youth and families in need, many of whom may be our patients or colleagues.
